Please fill in the return/exchange form that you receive with your order. If there is anything wrong then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can help you figure it out. You are responsible for the postage of your package and we are not responsible if a return package gets lost. The items must be returned and posted within 14 days of receiving the items to action an exchange, receive a store purchase or a refund.
Please keep in mind that we are a small local business and that we value each and every order. A lot of love, work and dedication goes into each order and it is a greater impact for us if the items are returned. If you are not pleased with your purchase or received items, we always do our best to help and find a solution.
STEPS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
In order for us to accept your return we need to make sure the items remain in the original state. To help you we have made a step-by-step guide to returning your suit.
- Please try on the garments over you underwear
- Place items with tag that are attached in original condition back into the bag. Please understand that we can not issue a refund or process your return if the tags have been removed.
- Fill out the return form you received with your purchase.

- Send us an email that you have returned your package with your order number at email@example.com
- Once we have received your return it will take us 3 days to process. Once we have confirmed the order is in its original condition, we will issue a refund or store credit and send you a confirmation mail.
Keep the following in mind:
We only accept orders that are unwashed, unworn and undamaged (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, tags have not been removed).
Sale items may not be returned, exchanged or redeemed for store credit at any time.
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged or will not receive a refund.
